Spectrum is an annual photography contest by the UP Engineering Radio Guild. Once open for only EEEI students, Spectrum will now be open for all amateur photographers of the UP College of Engineering. The theme for this year’s competition is “Beauty in Engineering.” Participants will be free to interpret the theme and express their creativity through photography.
