Danmar Vicencio (alyas Carlo Pecayo)
The person caught in the robbery involving a CNS member in UP is DANMAR VICENCIO (that is his real name), he just invented the name Carlo Pecayo. He was a tattoo artist here in Baguio (a CON tattoo artist). All tattoo artists here in Baguio can vouch for that. He is positively identified. Please inform the authorities.
